I used to have PCOS (poly cyctic ovarian syndrom) first thing change your diet, get away from refined carbs like breads. pastas and sweets and do a iodine test and see if you are low. If you are then start taking promaline iodine from standard process. After two year of a lot of hard work i am now PCOS free. Go and find a good natural doctor who will walk you through this, it helped me a ton. I hope this helps you!

The best treatment is to get some natural iron ore. Melt it down and add a bit of carbon. When it cools off, put an edge on it and use it to perform surgery to remove the cysts.

1st. direction (I have the same issue) Limit caffeine! I no longer drink sodas either. Only use Half Caf Coffee. Just can’t really adjust to DeCaf all the way.
Supposedly it contributes to the issue, also in fibrocystic breast (which I also have).

2nd. Omega3’s Dr. recommended Primrose Oil, which comes in capsule form. The fish type just does not sit well with me.

3rd. Be sure! to examine breast regullarly. And if you haven’t had the Ovarian ones Ultra Sound? You may want to discuss it with your Dr./OBGYN. They can be pre-cancerous. Not just painful.
So take care & follow up with your Dr. Mine in the long run caused heavy bleeding & required surgery.

I know of Bastyr, if you’re talking about the University in Washington (http://www.bastyr.edu/). It looks like Clayton College of Natural Health offers an online education, which is less than optimal given the choice. Hands-on is always better.

I debated on attending Bastyr when deciding whether to become a ND or homeopath. A medical doctor (friend) who also trained as an acupuncturist in China presented me with a simple question: What do you want to do? My answer, thus solution: Homeopathy.

Consider your own goals in helping you decide.

I had the same problem, actually went to the hospital with a ruptured cyst. PAINFUL!!! I am not sure what natural remedies you can try…hopefully your doctor can steer you toward what you want. All I can say is, if you have pain, go immediately….don’t wait! I wound up in the hospital! Take care sweetie!
